JUUNE bags are handmade in Spain.
What kind of leather do you use?
We use calf skin LWG-certified European leathers.
How should I care for my JUUNE bag?
To preserve the beauty of your leather bag, avoid exposure to water, oils, and chemicals. If contact occurs, gently blot with a soft cloth. Store your bag upright in its dust bag when not in use, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Avoid sharp or abrasive surfaces to prevent scratches and maintain its elegant finish over time.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also finalize your order with Apple Pay payment service.
Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is immediately prepared for processing. For this reason, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details, followed by a shipping notification once your item is on its way.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We take great care in preparing every order. In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to contact@juune.com within 48 hours of receipt and kindly provide proof of the issue.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the European Union, including Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and other EU destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
- In Luxembourg, delivery is charged at 9€.
- In other EU countries, delivery is charged at 15€
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please, read our Shipping and returns policy.
How do I initiate a return?
