Shipping within Luxembourg

Juunebrand.com offers standard shipping to addresses within Luxembourg for €9. Orders are processed promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping to Other EU Countries

For orders shipped to other European Union countries, standard shipping costs €15. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Return Policy

Items purchased on www.juunebrand.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

Return Instructions:

• Place the item in its original packaging (including dust bags, cards, and any protective materials).

• Ensure the package is secure for shipping.
  

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, both for domestic and international returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a confirmation via email, and your refund will be processed within 21 business days.

Important: Returns are accepted at the discretion of JUUNE. Items that do not meet our return criteria may be sent back to the customer or subject to a restocking fee to cover cleaning, repair, or packaging costs.
